My first digital art (2007-2009)
This is second part of a series of blog posts, showing my art development through out the years. This particular post covers the years from 2007 to 2009. This series of blog posts has been made to show off my art archive for those interested, and for me to have a place to show that skills develop over time. The presentations of the artwork has been changed a bit, adding background elements to make them pop a little more or photoshopping multiple drawings together as younger me would have wanted. Enjoy!

A love for character design
The drawings from this time period are all mostly wacky human- and animal characters – in fact the only exception to this i could find from this time period, was a drawing of a Mjolnir-like hammer held in hand.
In this blog post I have tried to sort out the best of the drawings from the time period to visualize my skill level at the time.

World of Warcraft fanart
Fanart is art portraying characters or places from a story universe not of your own, usually as a token of love to a story universe.

To this day my art is still very much inspired by the cartoony artstyle of the Warcraft-univese, but I do not work on fanart anymore.

In 2007 I created my very first digital art, kinda. I do have memories of playing aorund in Microsoft Paint as a kid, making patters with lines and colour splashes, but none of this was archived.
I do not remember what sparked my curiosity for digital art, but It has since become my preferred media of choice down to the increased utility and easy editability.
