2. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.
The current terms will always be available in the web shop.

3. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in EUR including VAT and duties, excluding shipping.

Shipping is specified at checkout and depends on the individual item.

We accept payment by card and bank transfer.

The amount is charged when the item is shipped or the service is started.

5. Delivery

We only deliver to Denmark (excluding islands without a bridge connection).

Delivery time: 3–7 working days.

Shipping is handled by GLS.

6. Conclusion of the agreement

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
The agreement is only binding once we have confirmed the order.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

7. Right of withdrawal (goods)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying goods.

The period starts on the day you receive the item.

You must notify us of your withdrawal by email before the deadline.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made posters (e.g. personal designs)
  • Drawing services (see section 12)
  • Digital products delivered immediately

9. Returns (return policy)

If you change your mind about your purchase:

  • You must return the item no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal
  • You pay the return shipping yourself
  • The item must be returned in its original condition

We do not accept:

  • Parcels sent cash on delivery
  • Parcels without home delivery

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

10. Condition of returned items

You are liable for any reduction in value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

11. Right to complain

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

In case of defects you can get:

  • A replacement
  • A price reduction
  • Your money back

12. Drawing services

When buying drawing services, the following applies:

  • Work only starts after approval and, if applicable, payment
  • Once work has started, the right of withdrawal lapses
  • Extra revisions are invoiced separately
